This is a project we’ve done for Bank Saudara. They are building their main office in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. We idTECTURE are acting as appointed Interior Designer and Urbane Indonesia as the architect. One of the main feature of this building is the customized concrete block.

Bank Saudara Concrete Block

Bank Saudara Customized Concrete Block

It covers most of the facade and the gallery/ corridor that connects the front office block and the back office block. This Gallery functioned as a little museum to put Bank Saudara’s memorabilia from the time this institution founded in 1906 up until now.

The objective of our design for the Gallery is to incorporate our design with given architectural design (the featured customized concrete block) and to camouflage the bulky beam and column structure.

The Gallery under construction, the column and beam is not pretty.

Here are the design process from the initial design to the final design.

1. Preliminary Design.

The display concept in this design stage in a continuous curving plan on the outer side of the galley with a shelving to put a memorabilia item on it. We use a drop ceiling to accommodate the lighting for the memorabilia and to cover the beam from human eye level.  Above the drop ceiling we use a vertical wooden plank in order to camouflage the upper side of the structure column. The skylight is using a laminated clear glass, we use a perforated mdf laminate to cover skylight.

3. Revision 3

2. Revision 1

2. Revision 1.

In this stage, the architect want to show the customized concrete block on the outer side of the gallery too, so we change the display system concept from continuous to spot display system and we eliminate the vertical wooden plank above the drop ceiling. We experiment with the perforated panel pattern of the skylight, we use the customized concrete block pattern for it.

5. Final Design

3. Revision 2.

3. Revision 2.

The decision to use wooden louver for the skylight is to control the sunlight in the Gallery. We want to have a diffuse light and to create an ambiance from the artificial light.

4. Final Design.

We’re happy with the outcome. The display system is a collaboration with a display specialist. The important thing is the design objective is achieved. We highlight the customized concrete block from the architect and camouflage the bulky structure beam from the contractor. The client need is also accommodated.

I found this article particularly interesting because it explained how meaningful reports can transform raw business data into practical insights. Many organizations throughout Pakistan collect information every day, but without organized reporting it becomes difficult to identify patterns or make informed decisions. I appreciated that the article focused on helping readers understand the importance of accurate information rather than overwhelming them with technical details. Better reporting supports smarter planning, improves transparency, and allows managers to respond more quickly when challenges appear. It was refreshing to see examples that demonstrated how analytics benefit businesses of different sizes instead of focusing on only one industry. While researching this topic further, I found valuable information about analytics and reporting software Pakistan that expands on several…

This article provides practical insights that many businesses can benefit from when reviewing their packaging process. Since managing online orders regularly, I have found that using custom boxes helps improve packing consistency while keeping products secure throughout transport. Properly sized boxes also reduce unnecessary packing materials and create a more organised workflow in the warehouse. I liked your explanation about matching packaging to the product because different items naturally require different levels of protection. Customers generally appreciate receiving orders that arrive safely because careful preparation reflects positively on the business. Practical packaging choices also reduce avoidable handling issues before dispatch. Those small improvements often support smoother operations in the long run. Thank you for sharing such useful observations.

I enjoyed reading this article because it focuses on practical roadside preparation. Learning about 24 Hour Towing Milford CT can help motorists feel better prepared for unexpected situations during daytime or late-night travel.

The office design project is a great example of how thoughtful interiors can create a professional yet welcoming workplace. The balance between functionality and aesthetics shows how design can positively influence productivity and collaboration. At one point, I caught myself thinking I need someone to take my exam because I was overwhelmed with deadlines, but better planning and breaking tasks into smaller steps helped me regain control. Good design and good organization both make challenging situations easier to manage. nice post

I enjoyed reading about this office design because it shows how thoughtful planning can create a space that is both modern and comfortable. While working on a design presentation and preparing for exams, I used Write My Company Law Assignment support to help manage my study workload. That gave me more time to focus on understanding different ideas without feeling rushed. Good design always leaves a strong and lasting impression.

nice post.
